Booking Your Move
How do I book a removal?
Booking is easy. Simply contact us by phone, email or through our online quotation form. We'll discuss your move, answer any questions and provide a free, no-obligation quotation.
How much notice do I need?
The more notice the better, especially during busy periods. However, we understand that some moves happen at short notice and we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
Do you carry out weekend moves?
Yes. Weekend moves are available, subject to availability. If you require a Saturday or Sunday move, we recommend booking as early as possible.

How much does a removal cost?
Every move is different. The price depends on the size of your move, the distance travelled, access at each property and any additional services such as packing or storage.

Do you provide free quotations?
Yes. Every quotation is completely free with no obligation to book.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Any additional costs, such as key waiting time or extra services requested after your quotation, will always be discussed with you beforehand.

Do you dismantle and rebuild furniture?
Yes. We can dismantle and reassemble suitable furniture where required as part of your move.
Do you provide packing services?
Yes. We offer both full and partial packing services using professional packing materials to help protect your belongings.

Do you supply packing materials?
Yes. We can supply boxes, tape, wrapping paper, bubble wrap and other packing materials before your move.
Can you move heavy or awkward items?
Yes. We regularly move pianos, American-style fridge freezers, large wardrobes and other bulky furniture. Every move is assessed individually to ensure it can be completed safely.
What happens if my completion is delayed?
Delays do happen. We'll always work with you to find the best solution. Please note that key waiting charges may apply where we are delayed waiting for access to your new property.

Can I access my items while they're in storage?
Yes. Simply contact us to arrange access or delivery of the items you require.

Televisions are covered when transported in their original manufacturer's packaging. If this isn't available, please speak to us before your move and we'll explain the options available.
